Summary: Very Helpful Spanish book
Comment: I moved down to the Dominican Republic about three months ago and have been struggling with getting Spanish down. This book has been very helpful in learning to speak and write in spanish even though at this point (I've only had it for 1 week) I'm only on chapter 3.

Summary: More for young kids than adults.
Comment: I am a 50-something trying to learn Spanish for the first time. I bought this particular book because it has an answer key for all the exercises. The first book I tried by the same authors lacked the key, so how do you know you are getting it right?

So far it is working OK, but I feel it is designed for fairly young students. It uses a lot of pictures to represent words which leads to ambiguity. I will finish this book and move on to something very different in the future.

Comment: The book came in just 3 or 4 days. Even tho' it was listed as used, it was in new-book condition. I don't believe it had ever been used. Spanish the Easy Way is easy to use on your own, or as a supplement to a class.

Comment: Trying to refresh my Spanish and found this book useful particularly because it has answers to the exercises so that you will know if you are going the right way. Has a lot of basic information that other manuals of this type don't include.

Recommended by instructor in refresher course who is a college level instructor in Spanish.
