Summary: Pleasantly surprised
Comment: I bought this as a Christmas present for my son and he loves it. I'm actually quite surprised by how much he's playing with it. Its a lovely toy and well made. So far it is coping well with the demands of a one year old boy whose constantly pulling him around by one arm. His songs are entertaining and it has several functions which I didn't realise until yesterday. Overall Im pleased with this purchase, however not so pleased with the fact it's now £10 cheaper in the sale!!

Comment: This was by far the best christmas present for our 18 month old, he is fascinated by the movements and dances along happily.. The only fault I can find is that it is very hard and mechanical sounding, not much good for hugging sadly, and a definate no-no to take to bed!

Comment: We bought dancing Iggle-Piggle for our little boy for Christmas and like others we were disappointed. There is supposedly some kind of sensor in Iggle-Piggles hand that recognises that he has his blanket - this didn't work on ours, it didn't work on the second one we exchanged it for either! This coupled with the painfully slow reaction times and the uncuddliness of Iggle-Piggle meant he went back to the shop. Can't say we are missing him!

Comment: We bought this for our daughter for Christmas thinking she would be delighted as she is a huge In the Night Garden fan. We were sadly disappointed, Iggle Piggle does not hold her attention and he has sat gathering dust in her room! A complete waste of money! The interaction part is very slow and his jerky movements are not entertaining enough. Thankfully she has a collection of the plush characters which she plays with daily, I wish we had just stuck to those!

Comment: My daughter loves this toy - but the truth is, she's love the cheaper less functional more cuddly one just as much. The box boasts it has ten games, but they've never been played. She likes to push the button and listen to the music/talking, but like I say, the Iggle Piggle which is half the price of this one does that - it just doesn't move!
So, in a nutshell: This is a good toy, but I feel it's a bit pricey for what it is, especially when the added functions this one has maybe won't seem as exciting to your child as they seem on the box! But if you love the sound of a motor turning over for a few seconds before Iggle Piggle does anything - this is perfect! ;o)
