Summary: They don't last long
Comment: Ok...I've had already about 3 pairs of these. At first its great, clear and awesome but I listen to my ipod allot (Everyday) And after 1 or 2 months time, they will start to die out on you. They'll start to make scratchy sounds when you're listening to your music, and then later you'll fine your self on the max volume and yet you can't hear much since the sound of the headphone have lowered. I think it's best to go with over the ear head phones, they tend to last longer than usual plug ins.

Summary: An earphone that beat the rest
Comment: If I am reveiwing the original earphone which come with the apple i-pod then, I must admit that it can beat the most expensive in ear earphones.

I know this because I own: Shure ES530, Audio Technica ATH-CK10, Ultimate ear Triple fi 10, Sony ex-700. This most neglected earphone beat them all in one way or another. So do not throw your old Apple i-pod earphone away, just rediscover it again, and you will know what I mean. unfortunately it is not that brilliant with nano, as the sound with this ipod becomes tinny and thin.

Rip your music at high quality sound 320mbs on media player, and 256kbs on i-tune.

Comment: The description for this product is a bold faced lie.

These are NOT Apple earbuds. I ordered this item and was shipped a knock-off pair of white generic headphones despite the NUMEROUS statements in their decription as "Apple iPod headphones made by Apple".

People need to stop reviewing Apple iPod earbuds on this page as this leads to more customers believing that they are actually made by Apple.

Comment: I remember ordering these back in February this year, specifically looking for the new ipod earphones (as seen in the picture. Unfortunately the ones i did recieve were the old generation with the rounded tip! I feel cheated.

Summary: Great quality sound but not good enough
Comment: I think these earphones are brilliant in sound quality but the plastic tears easily. ive had mine since X-mas and the plastic is coming away from the actual earphone and at the pin. I think this is a design fault however as the plastic coating is too far away from the wire making it easy for the plastic to tear.

Also these should be avalible in different colours, perhaps the same colour as the iPod they come with as so many people have these it surpresses no individuality what-so-ever.
